Roberta is the head maid of the Lovelace family, a wealthy household in Venezuela, and she takes her duties with deadly seriousness. Before she became a maid, she was a guerrilla fighter, and her past still shapes how she moves through the world. She keeps her hair in long black braids and wears round glasses that hide a sharp, watchful gaze. Fans first meet her as a quiet, polite servant who seems almost too perfect—and then they see what happens when the family she serves is threatened.
What fans love about Roberta is the gap between her calm, soft-spoken manner and the terrifying efficiency she shows when she switches into combat mode. She is fiercely loyal, deeply protective, and utterly devoted to the Lovelace family, especially the young heir, Garcia. Her everyday personality is gentle and even motherly, but she can turn cold and ruthless in an instant. That duality—the maid who can handle a tea tray and a firearm with equal grace—makes her one of Black Lagoon's most memorable characters.

Roberta's maid uniform is her most iconic look, and this pack captures her professional pride and hidden edge. The bowing and clapping stickers show her polite side, while the wink and thumbs-up hint at her confidence. Send these when you want to say 'at your service' or react to a job well done.
Even a maid deserves a break. This yukata pack shows Roberta in a rare relaxed mood, enjoying a festival. The tea-drinking and dancing stickers feel warm and human, while the hiding and shrugging ones add a touch of her usual reserve. Perfect for casual chats or when you're sharing a quiet moment.
This sportswear set leans into Roberta's action side—the salute and pointing stickers feel like commands, while the snack and pillow ones show her off-guard moments. It's great for fans who love her tough, tactical vibe but also appreciate the small cracks in her stoic facade. Use these when you're planning something or need a determined reaction.
Focus on the key elements: a long black dress with a white apron tied at the waist, a white headband, and round glasses. Keep the silhouette simple for chibi style—exaggerate the apron and headband. Her braids can be simplified into two thick strands. Use black and white as the main colors, with a touch of skin tone for her face and hands.
Her polite, professional smile works well for everyday reactions, while her determined or angry faces are great for more intense moments. The contrast between her calm maid demeanor and her fierce loyalty is what makes her fun. Stickers that show her bowing or saluting capture her dutiful side, and ones with a wink or smug look hint at her hidden confidence.
