Elma is a dragon from another world who now works as an office lady in Japan. In her human form, she has long purple hair, a single curved horn, and purple eyes. She takes her job seriously and is known for her immense appetite, often seen enjoying food. Despite her draconic origins, she has adapted to human society and values order and propriety.
Fans love Elma for her earnest and slightly awkward personality. She is diligent and polite, but her love for food and occasional naivety make her endearing. Her dynamic with Tohru and Kobayashi adds humor and warmth to the series. Elma's struggle to balance her dragon nature with human customs is both relatable and charming.
